**ETSY SHOP CRITIQUE** For Tina Mahoney
This is a nice Etsy Shop Tina! We have a few suggestions which should help you optimize your shop for selling more of your designs.
Your shop is well on its way to being cohesive and fully optimized. There are a few things to change to make it complete. Your Etsy Banner isn’t cohesive with the rest of your shop. It looks too busy with the different patterns and texture; it’s a little distracting. I would choose something along the lines of the color palette in your shop. I would also add your shop name to the banner. The photo backgrounds need to be lightened up. They’re a bit dark.
SHOP TITLE:
Use your keywords here to describe what you make: Spring Easter Wreaths, St Patrick’s Day wreath, Mother’s Day Wreath. (These keywords can be changed based on the Holiday or Season)
SHOP SECTIONS:
Add the word Wreaths to all you shop sections. These should all be keywords. Separate Valentine’s Day Wreaths and St Patrick’s Day Wreaths and make them two sections.
SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT:
Begin the first sentence using the second sentence; I design both Deco Mesh and Grapevine Wreaths, St. Patrick’s Day Wreaths, Easter Wreaths and Baby Wreaths. Insert your first sentence here and then, all my creations are HANDMADE by me…..( Announcements can be changed often based on Season and Holiday or having a sale..etc.
- Fill out your About and Profile page.
- Be sure to add commas to separate title keywords in your listings.
- Add a link in each listing back to your shop, https://www.etsy.com/shop/TinasDecoMeshWreaths
I hope that these suggestions will make a difference in your Etsy shop and also increase your sales!
Happy Wreathing!
Nancy
